Hatch Attendance App
The Hatch Attendance App (https://hatchcoding.com/attendance), is the main application you will use to manage your classroom. You can also contact hellohatch here through the live chat popup, in the bottom right, when hellohatch is online.
School Attendance is Missing
Contact your program coordinator immediately. You can find your program coordinator in the notes of the shift details in When I Work. If there is no note you can send an email to coordinators@hatchcanada.com.
Student Not on Attendance
This means the student has not been registered and can't be in the class. In this situation the student can stay for the first class, but afterwards you need to speak with their parent and tell them to contact Hatch to sort it out. Also, contact your program coordinator. You can see who that is by checking the details of that shift. Otherwise you can contact coordinators@hatchcanada.com. Be sure to collect the following details to send to your program coordinator:
- parent's first and last name
- parent's phone/email to contact
- student's first and last name
