Google allows you to sign into multiple accounts. Most Hatch coaches have added their work email (also a Google account) to Google along with their personal Google account. You can switch Google accounts when you have multiple accounts setup, you can read more about this here.
However, in cases where Google can't handle which account to choose, it will default to the first account signed into. This is when you'll encounter the issue where you don't have permission to view the form and any other documents restricted to The K Network.
To solve this issue you can either:
- Sign out of all your Google accounts then sign into your Hatch Google account first, then add your other accounts afterwards.
- Using an Incognito Window in Google Chrome (ctrl+shift+n on windows or cmd+shift+n on Mac) or the equivalent feature in any other browser, login with your @hatchcanada.com Google account.
You'll have access to form and documents that are restricted to The K Network now.
