Your T4 or Statement of Remuneration Paid will be in your Payworks account.


To view your T4 Slip:

  1. Login to your Payworks account at https://payroll.payworks.ca
    NOTE: Your credentials should be emailed to you when you join the Hatch Team.

  2. Select Tax Forms in the home page:


  3. Select T4 to view, download or print your T4 slip: 



I can't see my T4 Slip on Payworks!

If you don't see your T4 slip its likely that you you have recently joined and have yet to be with an appropriate pay period.

Please note that the period between December 22 and January 21 of the following year will be release on January 31 and will be included in the T4 slip of that year. 


I can't access my Payworks account!
