You will know you are a Marketing Coach by your role assigned to you in When I Work: Program Marketer. You will be assigned this role based on company need and an information package will be sent to you in order to prepare for your shift.
Types of events you can expect:
- Parent Night / School Fair: “Job Fair-style” event where parents ask coaches about program details - what kids learn and what to expect.
- Class Talks: Enter individual classrooms of a future program to give a 5 minute scripted talk about the upcoming program.
- Assemblies: Run through a scripted “Hold-A-Ball” lesson to an audience of 50+ kids interested in taking our program at a school.
