Learning supervisors is a role that no longer exists in the company. Coach Success Agents (CSA) is a role that is more fitted for the responsibilities that the learning supervisor was previously responsible for. As a coach you'll receive calls from coach success agents periodically (every 2 weeks or so) who will ask you how you're doing at Hatch, anything you need to be more successful as a coach like class management tips and programming tips, along with any feedback. If you miss their call, don't worry. You'll receive a follow up email in your work email inbox, and again they call periodically.
