FAQ

Q: For the hundreds of current students who are already using, and used to, the default password to login, can they continue to use it, or will they be prompted to change it when they login?

A: The hundreds of students that use the default password will see the screen showcased in the video forcing a password change.

Q: If a current student now wishes to change his/her own password, will they be sent to the password generator, or still have an option to write a unique password of their own. 

A: If the student wishes to change their password they can still do so the same way by going to the their name in the menu > Account. Changing passwords this way allows students to change it to anything they'd like. 

Q: If the student needs a password reset from a coach via the attendance tool, does it reset to the default password or some randomly generated string?

A: The password reset button on a student from the attendance page will reset the password to a unique, memorable, and surprisingly secure password that is not the default password.
