Supervisor responsibilities:
Assist staff in directing coaches to different areas of the centre (i.e.- upstairs coaches vs. downstairs in Toronto Centre)
Assigning pods to coaches for coding camp
Discussing curriculum and direction for coaches to facilitate technology leadership camp
Assigning breaks
Discipline (warnings); you may need incident reports
Follow up on coach tardiness/absences
Communicating with the Supervisors at the other centres
Debriefing with coaches at the end of each day
Assistant Supervisor responsibilities:
Will be asked to take over as supervisor on days the supervisor is absent or has to step away from the group.
