This isn't normally an issue when parents drop off their students at programs being run by Hatch other than schools, as we have better control of how we run our programs.


However, at schools, students are expected to be at the scheduled class on time. Whether students are late once or multiple times it's required that you do the following:

  1. Let the parents know, as they may not be aware. This can be done by contacting them in-person when they pick up their student, or via work email/phone with the information in the Details View on the attendance list.
  2. Consider that this is also handled on a case-by-case basis if requested by the parent. Collect the reason, student's name/account, time of class, and the location of class and send the information over to hellohatch@hatchcanada.com
